International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Foundation D. Scott Hudgens Undergraduate Award
This annual scholarship award by the ICSC Foundation is given to a junior or senior enrolled in an undergraduate real estate program who displays excellence academically and exhibits a career interest in the retail real estate sector. The recipient is selected each fall based on faculty nominations.

The Spurgeon Richardson Scholarship in Hospitality Leadership is in honor of Spurgeon Richardson, a well-known leader in Atlanta's hospitality community. Richardson served as president and CEO of the Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau for 17 years. This scholarship is presented to a hospitality major based on academic achievement, school and community involvement, and work experience.
