We won a summer 2017 internship with Chubb and $500 each.

Victoria Nwobodo was named Cotterman Outstanding Student at the 2015 Robinson College of Business Honors Day Celebration. Each year, the Computer Information Systems Department honors the graduate student in the MS-CIS program with the most outstanding academic record. The award is named for William C. Cotterman, the first chairman of the CIS Department at Georgia State University.

Public Health graduate student Alexandria Patterson was selected to receive the school's Public Health Student Achievement Award in 2017.

The Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health was founded in 1924 to promote the graduate study of public health, which at the time was a new field. Delta Omega has more than 84 chapters worldwide and more than 15,000 members from the top echelons of graduate schools and programs of public health, as well as the public health community.
