The U.S. Census Bureau's Center for Economic Studies (CES) awarded Kalee E. Burns a CES Dissertation Mentorship for her research on "Social Capital and Entrepreneurship," which uses microdata from the Atlanta Research Data Center (RDC). Burns is a PH.D. candidate in the Department of Economics at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies.
