Established by Bradford and Patricia Ferrer, this scholarship honors an undergraduate student in good standing in the College of Education & Human Development. The recipient will receive a $2,000 scholarship.

Given to a student who has outstanding academic results, collegiality and commitment to the mission and guiding principles of the career and technical education teacher certification program and who exemplifies the highest standards in their middle or secondary classrooms and conducts innovative activities that promote student success in their respective career and technical fields.

The Freeman Awards for Study in Asia (Freeman-ASIA) is awarded to around 400 American undergraduate students from across the U.S. for study in Asia. It may be used to cover the costs of study abroad programs and related expenses including airfare, basic living costs, local transportation, books and more.

To be eligible for the President's List, students must earn a 4.0 GPA for the semester and complete at least nine semester hours of academic credit with no incompletes.

To be eligible for the Dean's List, students must earn a 3.50 GPA for the semester and complete at least nine semester hours of academic credit with no incompletes.
