The scholarship offers grants for U.S. citizen undergraduate students to pursue academic studies or credit-bearing, career-oriented internships abroad. This scholarship provides opportunities to deserving students by offering substantial award amounts of up to $5,000 for Maymester or Summer programs, $7,500 for Fall or Spring semesters abroad, and $15,000 for an Academic Year, depending on financial need and program costs.

The 2015-2016 members of the Georgia State University Student Trial Lawyers Association (STLA) have been selected. STLA gives students an opportunity to gain experience in a courtroom setting through participation in national competitions. To participate in STLA students must try out each year.

The Georgia State Undergraduate Research Conference (GSURC) is an interdisciplinary undergraduate research conference which highlights and recognizes the research taking place across Georgia State's campus. The GSURC Student Planning Committee consists of 12 Honors College students who assist with event planning and execution.
