The Steven Kudravi Memorial Award is given to graduate teaching assistants who exhibit exceptional abilities as an instructor as well as a continuous drive to improve the teaching and learning experience.

Miranda Barzey received the Outstanding Rehabilitation Counseling Student Award from Georgia State University's College of Education & Human Development as part of its annual Honors Day celebration. This award is presented to a master's student in the rehabilitation counseling program in recognition of a strong commitment to the profession and advocating for people with disabilities.

Camron Johnson received the Outstanding Undergraduate in Elementary and Early Childhood and Special Education Award from Georgia State University's College of Education & Human Development as part of its annual Honors Day celebration. This award is given in recognition of excellence and scholarship in the bachelor of science in education program in elementary education with concentrations in preschool through grade five and special education general curriculum.

Quintin Bostic received the Lorene C. Pilcher Dissertation Award from Georgia State University's College of Education & Human Development as part of its annual Honors Day celebration. This award is given in recognition of a dissertation of especially high quality and potential impact in the field of early childhood and elementary education.

Brandon Attell received the Educational Policy Studies Doctoral Dissertation Award from Georgia State University's College of Education & Human Development as part of its annual Honors Day celebration. This award is given in recognition of outstanding scholarly accomplishment by a doctoral student in the Department of Educational Policy Studies through the completion of an exceptional doctoral dissertation.

The Outstanding Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership Student Award is given to students who have exhibited academic excellence, leadership and service in the educational leadership doctor of education program.

Chibueze Chidebelu-Eze received the Outstanding Tier I Educational Leadership Student Award from Georgia State University's College of Education & Human Development as part of its annual Honors Day celebration. This award is given to a student in the educational leadership program who has had an outstanding clinical experience related to K-12 leadership.

Yuqi Chen received the Outstanding Undergraduate in Elementary and Early Childhood Education Award from Georgia State University's College of Education & Human Development as part of its annual Honors Day celebration. This award is given in recognition of excellence and scholarship in the bachelor of science in education program in elementary education with a concentration in preschool through grade five.

The Doctoral Fellowship in Trauma Intervention is awarded to students whose program of study prepares them to provide specialized assistance to people who have experienced traumatic events such as physical and/or sexual abuse, rape, domestic violence, terrorism, or war.

This award is given to a student in the educational leadership Tier II program who has demonstrated outstanding work with site-based action research and clinical experiences.

This award is given to a graduate student who has exhibited academic excellence in the research, measurement and statistics program.

Julie Sonnenberg-Klein received the Outstanding Research, Measurement and Statistics Ph.D. Student Award from Georgia State University's College of Education & Human Development as part of its annual Honors Day celebration.

This award is given to a student who has an exemplary record of research and scholarship, service and/or teaching that is consistent with their development as an independent researcher and scholar.

Emma Devis received the Outstanding Exercise Science Undergraduate Student Award from Georgia State University's College of Education & Human Development as part of its annual Honors Day celebration. This award is given in recognition of academic excellence and participation in the exercise science undergraduate degree program.

Casey Turner received the Outstanding Graduate Teaching Assistant Award in Kinesiology and Health from Georgia State University's College of Education & Human Development as part of its annual Honors Day celebration. This award is given to a graduate teaching assistant in the Department of Kinesiology and Health (KH) who serves as an instructor in KH courses that require planning, instruction and grading, is an active participant in the KH graduate teaching assistant mentoring program and demonstrates excellence in teaching.

Myung Ha Sur received the Outstanding Health and Physical Education Graduate Student Award from Georgia State University's College of Education & Human Development as part of its annual Honors Day celebration.

Georgia State University student Ciera Lewis has received the Bailey M. Wade Memorial Scholarship. This award is given to a first-year graduate student who has excelled in coursework, individual research and scholarship, and departmental service. Dr. Bailey M. Wade was the first chair of the Psychology department.

Georgia State University graduate Ari Fodeman earned support from the Craigie International Security Scholars Fund during the 2021-22 academic year. This fund was established by Georgia State alumna Kay Craigie to provide support to Ph.D. students in the college who focus on thwarting terrorism and protecting democracy. Recipients must be in good academic standing in the College of Arts and Sciences and be in the third through fifth year in their Ph.D. program with academic pursuit in international security.

Georgia State University student Anthony Molloy has received the Outstanding Graduate Student Research Award. This award recognizes a graduate student who has been an outstanding researcher in the Department of Psychology.

Georgia State University student Brielle James has received the Walter F. Daves Outstanding Graduate Teaching Award. This award is given annually to a graduate student who has been an outstanding instructor in the Department of Psychology. It is named for Walter F. Daves, a professor in the department from 1966-1997 and chair 1989-1994.

Georgia State University student Eric Semmel has received the Richard Morrell Outstanding Graduate Student in Psychology Award. This award, given annually to an outstanding graduate student in the Department of Psychology, is named for Richard Morrell, a talented clinical graduate student who died tragically in an airplane crash in Africa in 2003. Awardees are selected for excellence in their professional development, teaching, and service.

This award, given annually to an outstanding graduate student in the Department of Psychology, is named for Richard Morrell, a talented clinical graduate student who died tragically in an airplane crash in Africa in 2003. Awardees are selected for excellence in their professional development, teaching, and service.

Georgia State University graduate Ari Fodeman has received the Percival Rogers Statistics Award. This award is given annually to a graduate student who has shown outstanding development and ability in the use of statistics in psychology. It is named for Percival Rogers Bakeman (1882-1932), who was regarded as something of a polymath. He was a professor at Shanghai College, where he distinguished himself as the only American to lecture routinely in Chinese.
