Georgia State University graduate Ari Fodeman earned support from the Craigie International Security Scholars Fund during the 2021-22 academic year. This fund was established by Georgia State alumna Kay Craigie to provide support to Ph.D. students in the college who focus on thwarting terrorism and protecting democracy. Recipients must be in good academic standing in the College of Arts and Sciences and be in the third through fifth year in their Ph.D. program with academic pursuit in international security.

Ari Fodeman Earns Percival Rogers Statistics Award
Georgia State University graduate Ari Fodeman has received the Percival Rogers Statistics Award. This award is given annually to a graduate student who has shown outstanding development and ability in the use of statistics in psychology. It is named for Percival Rogers Bakeman (1882-1932), who was regarded as something of a polymath. He was a professor at Shanghai College, where he distinguished himself as the only American to lecture routinely in Chinese.
