The Kay C. Craigie Student Support Fund Scholarship is awarded to academically successful philosophy majors who face financial barriers to realizing their dreams. The award was created with the generous support of Kay Craigie.

The Orbun Troy Moore III Undergraduate Ethics Essay Contest Award is given annually to an undergraduate student who submits the best essay in a contest sponsored by Georgia State University's Jean Beer Blumenfeld Center for Ethics. The award was established with the generous support of Katherine B. Moore in loving memory of her son.

The Arlene and Alvin Altman Endowment in Philosophy provides scholarships to students who achieve at the highest scholastic level in the Philosophy Department.

The Jacqueline Boles Graduate Teaching Fellowship is presented to outstanding graduate student instructors in the Department of Sociology. This scholarship was created by the Department of Sociology to honor Jackie Boles, a cherished faculty member for more than 30 years.

The Margaret L. Andersen Scholarship is awarded annually to an outstanding undergraduate or graduate Sociology student. This endowment was created by Dr. Margaret Andersen (B.A. Sociology, 1970) and her husband, Richard Rosenfeld.

The Outstanding Health and Physical Education Undergraduate Student Award, given by Georgia State's College of Education & Human Development, recognizes a student for academic excellence and participation in the health and physical education undergraduate degree program.

The Ahmed T. Abdelal Fellowship is given to outstanding doctoral students for achievement in the field of molecular genetics or biotechnology. This award is named in honor of former Dean Ahmed T. Abdelal, who established the molecular genetics and biotechnology program at Georgia State University.

The Outstanding Health and Physical Education Graduate Student Award, given by Georgia State's College of Education & Human Development, recognizes a student for academic excellence and participation in the health and physical education graduate degree program.

The Donald Ahearn Endowed Fellowship in Applied and Environmental Microbiology was established on the occasion of Dr. Ahearn's becoming a Research Professor Emeritus in recognition of his outstanding contributions in instruction, research, and service in the development of applied and environmental microbiology programs at Georgia State University.

The William G. Nolan Memorial Scholarship Award is awarded to outstanding undergraduate students who excel in academic achievement (based on grade-point average, intellectual inquisitiveness, and research activities) and who show leadership and good citizenship at Georgia State University and in other communities. This fund was created in memory of former Associate Professor of Biology William G. Nolan.

The Harry P. Hopkins Jr. Memorial Scholarship was established to honor the legacy of Dr. Harry P. Hokpins, Jr. and his interest in physical chemistry. The fund is to support scholarship in physical chemistry amongst graduate level students.

Carly Hall is the 2019 recipient of Georgia State University's Outstanding Exercise Science Undergraduate Student Award.

Catherine Rakowiecki, a student in the Honors College at Georgia State University, won second place for her film, "International Human Trafficking Institute (IHTI) Public Service Announcement," during the 2019 Georgia State Undergraduate Research Conference.

Liv Fallon, a student in the Honors College at Georgia State Univeristy, won first place for the film, "Elohi," during the 2019 Georgia State Undergraduate Research Conference.

This award, given by Georgia State's College of Education & Human Development, recognizes a graduate teaching assistant for outstanding teaching in the classroom and in working with individual students.

The Social Foundations Doctoral Award for Scholarly Achievement is given by Georgia State's College of Education & Human Development to recognize doctoral students for exceptional scholarly accomplishment through original publication in the social foundations doctoral program.

This award, given by Georgia State's College of Education & Human Development, recognizes graduate teaching assistants for outstanding teaching in the classroom and in working with individual students.

Natasha Johnson is the 2019 recipient of Georgia State University's Outstanding Educational Leadership Graduate Assistant Award.

Sean Paul Antonetti, Wade Hanse and Kristin Willis are the 2019 recipients of Georgia State University's Outstanding Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership Student Award.

This award, given by Georgia State's College of Education & Human Development, recognizes a doctoral student who has exhibited academic excellence in the research, measurement and statistics program.

Dayona Williams is the 2019 recipient of Georgia State University's Outstanding Undergraduate in Early Childhood Education Award - ESOL.

The Outstanding School Psychology Student Award, given by Georgia State's College of Education & Human Development, recognizes a master's student in the school psychology program for initiative, leadership, advocacy and service to the school psychology profession and program.

Nicole Venuto Gearing is the 2019 recipient of Georgia State University's Lorene Pilcher Outstanding Dissertation Award.

The Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award in Counseling and Psychological Services, given by Georgia State's College of Education & Human Development, is presented to a doctoral student in recognition of outstanding scholarship.
