Georgia State University Honors College junior Bara Ahmad of Alpharetta, Ga. has been selected as a fellow in the Montgomery Summer Research Diversity Fellowship in Law and Social Science for Undergraduate Students.

Established through the generosity of The Coca-Cola Foundation in honor of Ambassador Andrew Young, the Dean's Fellowship is awarded annually to an outstanding student or students pursuing a doctoral degree in the Andrew Young School. Each fellowship provides support for a period of three years of doctoral study.

The Andrew Young Fellowship is awarded annually to outstanding students who are pursuing a Ph.D. in economics, public policy or criminal justice and criminology.
