The Andrew Young Fellowship is awarded annually to outstanding students who are pursuing a Ph.D. in economics, public policy or criminal justice and criminology.

Established in honor of the late Amanda Hyatt and her legacy of commitment to public service and education, this award recognizes a graduate student in policy studies who has demonstrated leadership and a proven commitment to compassionate public service.

The CARE Fellowship is a one-year graduate student internship program with CARE, a leading humanitarian organization fighting global poverty. Fellows gain practical experience in various aspects of international development and global health to prepare them for careers working with various international aid organizations, financial institutions, governments and related organizations.

More than 150 undergraduate students presented their research at the Georgia State Undergraduate Research Conference (GSURC) on Wednesday, April 13. Students from a wide variety of disciplines shared their findings through oral presentations, posters, artistic displays and performances.
