The Thera H. Richter Memorial Scholarship was established by Mr. Marvin O. Richter in 1998 in honor of his late wife, Thera H. Richter. This scholarship is awarded by the Honors Program in the Robinson College of Business and recognizes scholastic achievement with preference given to students participating in the Upsilon Chapter of Phi Chi theta.

Georgia State University Announces Zera-Allen Scholarship Recipients

Georgia State alumna, Angela Z. Allen, and her husband, Sam, established the Zera-Allen Scholarship to provide support for undergraduate students in good academic standing in the J. Mack Robinson College of Business. To be eligible for this scholarship, recipients must be first generation college students with a minimum GPA of 3.0, and have demonstrated strong student and/or community service experience.

Gloria Kittel Scholarship

Established by Gloria Kittel to honor a student pursuing an M.Ed. in mathematics education. The purpose of the fund is to provide support to a student preparing to teach middle school mathematics by pursuing a Master of Education in mathematics education in the College of Education. The recipient will receive a $1,000 scholarship.

The Max G. Holland Memorial Scholarship is presented annually to the student with the highest grade-point average after completing at least 30 hours in the CAHME-accredited graduate program in health administration. The scholarship was established in memory of Dr. Max Holland, who was on the faculty of the institute from 1976 to 1989.

The R. J. Knobel Scholarship was established upon Dr. Roland "Knob" Knobel's retirement in 1985, after teaching in the institute since 1970.
