They must be an undergraduate with at least 45 quarter hours (27 semester hours) earned at GSU or a graduate student with at least 30 quarter hours (18 semester hours) earned at GSU; Have a financial need that is documented by the Student Financial Aid office, and Have leadership ability and participation in GSU extracurricular activities, and demonstrate the same through a 1-2 page essay submitted at the time of scholarship application each semester.
