Tyler Patrick Receives The 1913 Society Rising Star Award

Tyler Patrick of NEWNAN received the Rising Star award at the year-end banquet for The 1913 Society, Georgia State University's presidential ambassador corps. Handed out each May, the Rising Star award honors a 1913 Society member who has demonstrated exemplary leadership skills with only one year of service in The 1913 Society.

The 1913 Society, named for the year the university was founded, serve as hosts for high-profile events and ceremonies. Members maintain excellent grades and carry themselves with poise and professionalism at all times. The 1913 Society is among the most prestigious student organizations at Georgia State University.
