Trent Hill Recognized at 2017 Golden Panther Awards Celebrating Student-Athletes

Trent Hill of Decatur received the Senior Citizen Award as an academic senior excelling on and off the field during the Golden Panther Awards at Georgia State University on April 18, 2017, recognizing student-athlete excellence on and off the field.

Hill is on the football team.

The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, which includes representatives from each sport, selected the award categories and winners. Trey Payne of the football team and Sarah Renner of the court volleyball program served as the emcees for the event, which was held in the Georgia State Student Center and was attended by more than 450 student-athletes, coaches, staff, supporters and Hall of Fame guests.
