Catherine Kemp, a Georgia State University School of Public Health PhD student from Decatur, was a co-author of a research paper that has been accepted for presentation at the American Public Health Association 2017 Annual Meeting & Expo.

Kemp's co-authored research is titled "State-by-State Examination of Drug Overdose Intervention Amnesty Laws."
