Ricki Kellogg Receives State Farm Scholarship

Ricki Kellogg of Stone Mountain was among five students of Georgia State University's Perimeter College who received a $4,000 State Farm Scholarship. The scholarship is for students with at least a 3.0 GPA or higher.
