Rebekah Dowd earned a Global Experience (GES) Scholarship from Georgia State University during Fall 2016.

The Global Experience Scholarship provides opportunities to deserving students by offering substantial award amounts of up to $5,000 for Maymester or Summer programs, $7,500 for Fall or Spring semesters abroad, and $15,000 for an Academic Year, depending on financial need and program costs. Preference is given to students with minimal or no international travel experience.
