Rebecca Sullivan Receives NLA Career Development Award

Rebecca Sullivan, of Decatur, was awarded the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance's Career Development Award this past December.

This competitive national award is designed to eliminate the barrier of an unpaid internship by providing a $2,000 stipend for students completing their Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) credential.

Sullivan is working towards a master of public administration degree in the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies and currently interns with Atlanta's TechBridge, a nonprofit that drives community impact by bringing affordable technology and business expertise to other nonprofits.

NLA's mission is to strengthen the social sector with a talented and prepared workforce.
