Qihua Qiu Earns a Ph.D. From Georgia State University

Qihua Qiu of Shanghai earned a Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosopy) degree from Georgia State University during the summer semester of 2017.

More than 70 students earned Ph.D.'s this summer, and more than 2,000 students across all programs and levels of study at the university earned their degrees this summer.
