2016 Jan 11

Rachel Culbreth of Atlanta, a PhD student in the School of Public Health at Georgia State University, presented her research at the 2015 National HIV Prevention Conference in Atlanta.

The conference, organized by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, brings together public health professionals, community workers, health care providers and people living with HIV to share knowledge and discuss strategies for ending HIV in the United States.

Culbreth's research, titled "The Association of Major Depression, Substance Use, and ART Adherence among HIV-Positive Adults Receiving Medical Care in Georgia, 2009-2012," focused on the intersection of mental health and HIV.
