Nia Kapitanova of Villa Rica received an International Education Fee (IEF) Study Abroad Scholarship for the Spring 2016 semester.

The Georgia State University International Education Fee (IEF) Study Abroad Scholarship, initiated in 2004, is funded by the international education student fee.
