McDonald accepted into Emerging Scholars program

Christen McDonald, of Griffin, was accepted into the Association for Assessment and Research in Counseling's Emerging Scholars program.

The program connects individuals who show promise in the counseling field and interest in leadership with those currently serving on the AARC Board.

As a member, McDonald will attend the AARC business luncheon in Memphis, Tenn., and will work with the board to determine an AARC-related project that she could participate in during the course of the academic year.
