Julianna Casabonne received the Byrdine F. Lewis Clinical Practice Scholarship for her strong academic record and commitment to clinical practice in a hospital setting. The Lewis Clinical Practice Scholarship was established to honor Mrs. Byrdine F. Lewis and her quality patient care. The Georgia State University School of Nursing was named for Mrs. Lewis in 2003.
