Joshua Bean Receives the Nursing Student Leadership Award

Joshua Bean of Tucker received the Nursing Student Leadership Award in recognition of his initiative, motivation, dedication, and strong commitment to a Georgia State nursing student program.

The award was presented during the Honors Day festivities of the Byrdine F. Lewis School of Nursing and Health Professions on March 27, 2017.

Bean received the award for demonstrating leadership both within and outside of Georgia State University. Bean is the outgoing president of the Nursing Students at Georgia State organization.
