Jake McWhorter Receives Bill Lowery Endowed Scholarship

Jake McWhorter of COLLEGE PARK was awarded the Bill Lowery Endowed Scholarship at the 2015 College of Arts and Sciences Honors Day Ceremony.

The Bill Lowery Endowed Scholarship is awarded annually to students in the School of Music's music industry program. Students are chosen based on academic success and contributions to the recording industry. The award honors Bill Lowery, an outstanding music publisher and a founder of Georgia State University's commercial music program.
