Frances Marthone Earns Doctorate From Georgia State University

Frances Marthone, of McDonough, earned a Ph.D. in Nursing from Georgia State University during a Ph.D. commencement and hooding ceremony, held Dec. 15, 2016 at the Rialto Center for the Arts in Atlanta.

More than 70 students earned their doctorates; across all disciplines university-wide, more than 2,500 students received degrees during the fall 2016 semester.
