Elise Moormann named to Georgia State Undergraduate Research Conference Student Planning Committee

Elise Moormann of Cumming was named to the 2017 Georgia State Undergraduate Research Conference (GSURC) Student Planning Committee.

The Georgia State Undergraduate Research Conference (GSURC) is an interdisciplinary undergraduate research conference which highlights and recognizes student research taking place across Georgia State University.

The GSURC Student Planning Committee consists of a board of 13 Honors College students who will assist with planning and execution of the event, to be held April 11, 2017.

Students on the committee gain valuable leadership experience in conference and event planning, public relations, recruitment, and assessment. Additionally, these student leaders will engage regularly with university administrators and faculty members.
