Elias Watts Receives Bachelor's Degree From Georgia State University

Elias Watts, of Decatur, graduated with a bachelor's degree in Political Science at the Fall 2016 commencement exercise of Georgia State University on Dec. 14, 2016 at the Georgia Dome.

More than 1,000 students earned bachelor's degrees during the fall semester. Across all disciplines and degree levels, more than 2,500 students received degrees.

Hank Huckaby, the outgoing chancellor of the University System of Georgia, served as speaker for the commencement, which marked the university's final graduation ceremony held at the Georgia Dome.
