Ashley Miller Takes First Place in Lewis School Graduate Research Conference

Ashley Miller of Longs was on a team of students that took first place in the annual Byrdine F. Lewis School of Nursing and Health Professions Graduate Research Conference along with two other students.

Twenty-seven posters were presented from more than 30 students in all four of the current graduate-level academic areas of nursing, nutrition, physical therapy and respiratory therapy.

The winning team of Doctor of Physical Therapy students presented their research entitled "Distinct Altered Knee and Hip Landing Mechanics in Women with ACL Reconstruction Using an Allograft."

The entire team included Katelyn Corbin, Jake Jensen and Ashley Miller.
